We request returns be made within 30 days of purchase. We ask the items be returned in original packaging and unused with any accessories included. We request that the package be mailed back to the shipping dept. and we will provide the return label at no cost. Casa Bella Decor does not charge a restocking fee. If there is a problem with your order we will be glad to assist you in any way that we can!
We do have an extensive exchange program. Due to the fact that we offer an array of vendors, we are typically able to offer an exchange for the item that you are desiring to return or exchange. In the unlikely event that an item is broken in transit during the return process, please contact the store via email at: cs@casabelladecor.net or via phone or text to: 817.896.8904. We strive to make the return process easy and hassle free; we offer a very efficient and worry free damage/return process. We stand behind the items that our customers purchase and we pledge to always offer a return or exchange for any damaged product.
We do not charge a restocking fee for any return, damaged or not and we pay for the return shipping of the item.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can and we will offer an appropriate or reasonable solution to assist you and there are exceptions to this policy and as mentioned above, we have a very broad return/exchange policy for our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items not elegible for a return:
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We typically refund the purchase within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned or damaged item.
As stated above, our number one goal is customer satisfaction. We discuss and work through the return or refund process with our customers as each situation is unqiue to the customer. Since we do not charge for return shipping or a restocking fee, customers find our process to be efficient, worry free and very easy to navigate.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded if they are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@casabelladecor.net and send your item to: Casa Bella Decor, 1617 Park Place Avenue, Suite 110, Fort Worth, Texas 75110.
Cancellations
To fulfill your order quickly and to reserve your product, we process orders right away. All orders are processed within 24 hours. The only exception to this is if an item is back-ordered.
We understand you may need to cancel or modify an order and we will attempt to do so but we cannot guarantee cancellation of any order once it has been placed.
We cannot cancel any orders after they have been picked and packaged OR if you have received order shipment tracking.
Products noted as made-to-order or custom may not be canceled. This includes custom-made orders requiring specific designs, finishes, painting, and any custom-made furniture or finishes. Custom-made items are specific to the customer and their specific wants or needs.
We expend a great deal of time and costs on a custom-made piece, therefore orders falling into this category may not be canceled. This is handled on a case by case basis for select products. Should this occur, we will work very closely with out cuatomer to ensure the most favorable and agreeable outcome.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Casa Bella Decor will cover the return shipping costs of your item. Casa Bella Decor does not charge a restocking fee or charge.
We work very closely with our customers during the return process and in most cases, we can supply a suitable replacement at no additional costs to customer.
In the event that our customer wants to proceed with the return and not exchange the item, we will pay for the return shipping and refund the customer in full for their purchase.
